What goes on in our 6 month coaching package?
Each time I get that little *ding* notification that a florist has signed up to my 6 month coaching container I immediately get SO excited, stop everything and begin a deep dive into their business, goals and challenges.
Why? Because I KNOW this florist means BIZ-NESS!
Let me tell you about a recent call I had with one of these insanely driven business women:
First up we had a catch up to review the last month of progress and I was completely BLOWN AWAY at the work that had been done, the goals hit and the results she'd achieved.
Next up, we talked about any challenges or roadblocks that had come up, unpacked new ideas, I shared my knowledge and insights (I'm an open book and share it all in these calls) and then we were on to setting some fresh goals.
We revisited a longer term goal then we set some shorter term goals to build up to the ultimate dream.
Once the goals were established we got to the juicy part, the strategy.
I love reverse engineering a goal and breaking it down into actionable tasks, there's something so satisfying about a clear plan of action.
Let me explain how this works:
One of the goals was to increase leads, but not just that, we wanted an elevated enquiry, one of those delicious ideal clients with a yummy budget to match.
To do this we needed to turn it up in the marketing department.
So we made a plan, created a social media challenge for our florist to tackle that would increase their following and attract those specific enquiries.
(this is just 1 of the strategies we applied but I'm going to share how we made this one SO easy to execute)
We had our challenge: To show up every single day on social media.
Seem impossible? Nope, not with the prep work we were going to do!
Step 1. We made a schedule of exactly what was going to be shared on socials every single day. We focused on posts that would increase growth, connection, trust, show value and sell.
Once we had our schedule we did even more prep work; we planned out not only the topics but went further into how showing up would look like, from the language, to the visuals to the speed of talking to the captions to strategies for retaining attention and all the way down to the call to actions.
Next up, we discussed what time of day this would occur, how it can be combined with another habit, where to remove friction and scheduled in each post into their google calender.
This is SO important to do if you want to implement a new habit into your life, you need to make it a priority, not an afterthought.
Wait, there's still more!
We then talked through what would happen if they didn't show up one day. We made a plan to help overcome this and ensure it didn't mean that they had "failed".
Accountability is so powerful for sticking to your plans so I set up weekly check in where she would email me with a report of how the week went, what worked/what didn't and how she was planning to tackle the following week.
Finally, we set a celebration plan. Putting in the work to grow your business needs to be recognised and we need to celebrate our wins and mark our milestones.
So, we talked through something that she had wanted to buy herself for a long time. It's going to be such a treat to reward all of that hard work!
Finally we covered some more mindset hacks and a few small actions that could be taken immediately after the call to create momentum while the motivation was still high.
It's been so cool to watch this talented florist implement each step of the plan and move forward in their business with such clarity, drive and focus.
If you're feeling a little stuck right now and want to fast-track some growth with a florist bestie in your corner cheering you on, this is for you!
Imagine what you can achieve in the next 6 months.
This one is for the florists building a business, not a hobby.
