Each year I look back at the last 12 months and realise the actions I took, the hard work I did and the mindset shifts I made back then are literally what have made my life the way it is now

I get this weird, satisfying rush of power that I created that. I did that.

It’s bloody addictive.

• When I re-branded my business, learnt everything I could about ideal clients, branding, websites and marketing so I could double my minimum spend to only work 20 weeks of the year (and make double the money)
• When I set a goal to increase my revenue so I could get the giant warehouse with the double height windows, photo studio and space for a van to park inside (goodbye leaky shed)
• When I felt overwhelmed from hiring and managing a team so I researched leadership, studied up on organisation and set up systems and processes to change my entire event process (people pleasing anxiety is not a thing anymore)

These didn’t happen by chance. I made a choice.

I invested money, set aside time, took action, worked hard and made the change instead of being a victim of my in-action.

The biggest risk is not taking the risk at all.
