Shipping

If you've just purchased an item through Wildflower Academy, or are thinking of making a purchase but want to know a little more about how our shipping works, you've come to the right place!

Local pick up

Our pieces are available for local pickup. Our studio is located in Mayfield West, Newcastle and pickup can be organised by appointment.

Once you have made your purchase, we will be in touch with more details on how to pick up your item. 

If you are in the same location as the item but would prefer a local courier to deliver the item to you, this is also an option.

Shipping

For items that need to be couriered, we can organise a courier to deliver the item to you. Due to the size of the structures, there are no set price/flat rate shipping costs and each item will need to be calculated for shipping once made. Shipping/courier costs are not included in the cost of the item. A shipping quote will be emailed once the item has been made and then once confirmed by the customer an invoice will be issued for the shipping costs.
